So I booked to do my tax return with Anousha Ghumaria, this woman doesnt know how to do a basic income and expenses tax return. She told me that I cant claim my Uni fees self-education expenses because it was subsidies by the commonwealth, even though I have done so the last 2 years and my last tax return was done in the same place. She then called the supervisor to check, she doesnt know either. Next come their manager and he has no clue. I went on ATO website and used the calculator and apparently I claim all my self-education expenses because the course is related to my current job. You think a tax agent will know this?
Not doing good, confusing after submitting proof we have to remind them for uploading ATO website.
