I have been going to this shop for the past 18 years and have always appreciated the personalised and very experienced service I have received on every visit from Wayne and his team. Highly recommend a visit for buying a bike, accessories or for any maintenance work as it will be done by their excellent mechanics.
There are many great bike shops in Perth and I have not been into a bad one! But when a great bike shop tells you to come here for what you need and you get over and above service . Whether its a bike tube a tail light or a spanner. Its the small things, It is not about how much money you will spend there. The staff will talk u out of spending money on what you think you want and giving you advice on whats right! There is nothing wrong with this philosophy and being honest with their customers.Because of this I bought a new bike from them and it cost me more money then other stores , Its about Service and supporting an Australian business and family ! PS the owner is not my friend
Very disappointing. I went to get wheels fixed on daughters bike. They didn't say how much it would cost, just an easy job and come back tomorrow. It was surprisingly quite expensive as each tire cost 15$ For labour plus cost of each new tire. Secondly A week after getting it fixed I'm preparing it for my daughters Xmas pressie and the chain which was perfectly on and in working order is now not on and I have to get someone to fix it as not an easy job. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work and then left for me to complete.
