My experience with Car Giant has been less than ordinary.I had to contact Car Giant twice for my query as no one returned my call initially. I rang a second time the next morning around 8.30am and the receptionist was quite helpful and then asked if I wanted to speak with the person that should have called me back, so I said yes. Max had no idea of my query or the car that I was interested in but we eventually got there and I said I would be in around 10.30 to 11am that morning to inspect the car so Max said he would have the car out and ready for me.On arrival about 11am, my partner and I wandered into their massive car yard. It took a while to find someone to assist and then eventually find Max. We couldn't locate the car at first in which Max responded "Well I was expecting you at 10.30 so we've probably sold the car". He then went to investigate.About 10 minutes later Max arrives with the car, freshly washed, so we are guessing he didn't have it ready for inspection as he stated. Anyway, we took the car for a test drive and then were happy to do a trade in with my car. As we walked into the office there was a bit of banter with my partner and Max and another colleague. The colleague was bragging about a photo he had sent to Max at 6am that morning and then showed my partner, clearly not for my eyes. Max then laughed and stated that he had only got home at 5.30am that morning and then woke up to that photo!! Not really the professionalism we expected.There was no deal done as the trade in offer was insulting to say the least.He then mentioned he had to find my car keys and as we exited the building there were 4 people surrounding my car and one of them had my keys. We were a little perplexed by this. Poor service, unprofessional and pushy staff using old school bullying tactics. Would never buy a car from this place.
Recently bought a vehicle from car giant. Max was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. The sales manager Luke not so much, a little bit rude. Overall a reasonable deal and better experience than dealing with other fixed price car yards.
Recently bought a car through Car GIANT. Tracy England looked after me and was brilliant to deal with - prompt response and was able to organise my deposit in the evening when they were closed. I was short of time and she was very accommodating with getting all the paperwork sorted and the car ready for delivery so it was a very easy process for me. Will definitely go to these guys again for my next vehicle purchase!
Max our salesman and my husband got on "like a house on fire." This was the most amusing time I have ever had buying a car. In saying that, Max also answered my questions clearly. The best thing I got a great price after doing a lot of research online and coming up many km's from the country.
