I have seen some pretty ordinary service but the absolutely disgraceful behaviour of the female located at the Oxford Perth store today takes the cake. Evidently as a consumer (according to Oxfords policy) you have 2 weeks in which to discover poor manufacturing! Not only was this individual grossly ill informed, the blatant rudeness demonstrated in her delivery was almost comical. Your reputation on is heading south Oxford and in times were bricks and mortar are at risk, you cannot allow a team member to drive business away.
Terrible quality clothes, they literally just fall apart, bad stitching, WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS only limited time credit and get annoyed if you turn up to claim your credit. They also take no liability or offer repair for items that are obviously of serious poor quality, The customer service is the Shittiest you will EVER experience. Make a wise decision and NOT waste your money buying their merchandise. A colleague at work introduced me last year and about 6 of us have had a bad experience with their poor quality clothes and lack of customer service and STOPPED shopping there.

Small range of ladies wear on offer with some nice quality items. This shop is right next to the office building in which I work. Non-existent customer service, especially from the brunette lady behind the desk. Even when I selected several items to try on, no offer of starting a change room let alone any assistance with sizes once trying on. The sales girl effectively ignored me the entire time. Which is exactly what happened last time I shopped here. This despite there being no other customers in the store at the time on both occasions. Perhaps this explains why even at lunchtime this store is empty. Not recommended.
