I can't speak highly enough of this service. Firstly that this quality after hours service, that bulk bills exists, and secondly that they provide a time frame for when to expect the doctor. Dr Lip attended on my mother and provided an efficient, friendly, and professional service. Thank you!
Had a visit to my home from a Dr Norman Lip. Thank you. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained my options and information pertaining to my existing medication (good and bad) and provided a solution to treating my illness (painful gout). It must be difficult to come to a stranger's home and to treat unfamiliar patients. A very important service. Well done, WADMS.
The receptionists phone call manner was unprofessional when called to follow up on the appointment. I was advised 2 hr waiting time but later told it could be longer than that.
I made a call to WADMS last night and cant thank the fantastic service enough I have always used WADMS for home visits have always been kept updated if the Dr is or has been delayed . Thank you again for the great service WADMS
Unfortunately I am forced to give you 1 star or I can't post my review. You don't deserve any star!! Called earlier this afternoon as suggested by the medical surgery we normally go to. The woman on the phone had an appalling attitude from the time she answered. Rude, interrupting me when I'm trying to explain why I was calling, even telling me to stop talking!! It was clear she was under sufferance. What people do you have working there?? She needs to learn telephone etiquette or better still, be removed altogether!! No one should have to put up with vile people like her. I'll spread the word to avoid this service at all costs. There are plenty others with people who care and are compassionate. Use one of these services. I'll be letting my doctor know about the so called service provided by who they recommended! Never again.
I would not recommend this service. I called the number and had a woman eventually answer the phone - she was virtually impossible to understand and I'm a linguist. I found that I had completely wasted my time ringing up when I finally understood what she was trying to say. The advertisement is for a 24 hour home visit doctor service . . when in actual fact you're in no position to provide that. Take your advertisement down or at least be more specific about what you can offer. I gave this one star because it was the only way I could post my comments. You don't deserve any at all
