Paid all money on the day of purchase and was told deliver to be in 3 to 6 weeks. Rang 3 weeks later looking for an update on delivery and was told that they had forgot to advise the store money, had been paid. Their mistake but my 3 to 6 weeks starts now, even though it was paid for on the day as agreed.All smiles and happy faces until they get your money, then their attitude is the customer can get stuffed.
Bought some beautiful furniture and homewares from their Osborne Park store. The staff are very helpful. The best is their medium mattress Shangri-la! All I can say is WOW! I am finally sleeping like a baby without waking up tossing in bed. It is worth every cent. The delivery guys were very professional too.

Shangri La - Ooh La La We went into The Furniture Gallery Store in Osbourne Park searching for a new Mattress , after Naomi the very lovely and helpful sales assistant went through all the mattress options we instantly fell in love with the Medium Shangri La mattress , and purchased it for a very reasonable price , also while browsing i couldn't go past the Ascari Dinning suite made from Marri timber , both items are just amazing , best nights sleep ever on the Shangri La and my dinning area is A Class with my new dinning suite . The white glove delivery service is a must have , they bring items into your home, set it all up and we didn't have to do a thing , Awesome !! A very big thank you to Naomi for all her help , we would defiantly recommend The Furniture Gallery for all you interior decorating needs , VERY IMPRESSIVE !!!!

Their staff are so helpful and ha day with tips, measurements and any specials they have on offer. Grab their catalogue and look at some of their specials, cant get better.
