Some people review are not valid. I don't' see any point to give 1 star this place. Some negative people have their own problem dealing in their life and damped it in another. I been there a couple weeks ago I found it not the best but above average.

Went to do microdermabrasion as it has been awhile. I was surprised it only took 20mins or so and mas was not included so I purchases separately. Found out on the website right after the treatment that theres 20% off for new clients but didnt get it. Facial was okay, not great. I think I could get a better price and package and length of time elsewhere which I did.
Didn't receive any treatment, but was sold $200 of the complete range of products to help my skin. Came back 4 months later to be told they were never going to help my skin "just maintain how it currently is". Obviously if I had been told that before buying, I wouldn't have. Maybe the treatments are fine, but the pushy sales and the lies about the range helping my skin has put me off.
The staff are very friendly and nice. They are definitely one of the biggest highlights of my visit. When you are about to get skin care treatments done, you want someone who can make you comfortable and tell you about your treatment. The store itself is small, but not a big deal when it's located in the city. There is a wide range of treatments you can get, from IPL hair removal to chemical skin peels. If there's something you want done, they can probably find a way! A wonderful experience. I definitely will be coming back.
