I ordered a wiModern Tufted Wingback Rocker, Basketweave Slub Ivory for $1219.15 in October, it took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did it was broken, so the driver took it back. No one contacted me I had to contact Pottery Barn, they sent me a email to say my order had been full-filled. When I spoke to a customer service operator I was advised that it would take another 4 weeks for a new chair to arrive. So I cancelled the order and asked for my money back, I was advised that this would be done. It is now December and Pottery Barn still has not refunded me my money, I have called customer service 3 times each time being told that my request for refund has been entered on their system. The last time I rang on the 01/12 I advised the customer service Representative that I have been told 3 times now that my refund has been entered on my system. When will I actually be receiving my refund as I am now being charged interest in my credit card? The customer service Representative hung up on me. Therefore I can not even rate a 1 star, however I had to rate 1 star to get this Ad posted. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF ORDERING, LIKE ME YOU MIGHT NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT AND NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.
Pottery Barn Kids: I went here today needing curtains. I had the measurements for the window and a picture but absolutely no idea as I have never bought curtains before. The service I received was incredible, a member of the team spent over 30mins talking to me about the different options as well as explaining where to put the curtain pole on the wall. I will definitely be going back there and recommending to family and friends!
Four stars for product quality, but 0 stars for charging $250. It's bad enough having the store in Hay Street Mall, so how about introducing an incentive of charging much less to have the products delivered!?
