I went into rosendorffs after shopping around at other jewlers in the city and other places and have to say the staff were welcoming and friendly. From the design stage all the way to picking up the ring could not be faulted. The quality, execution and craftsmanship of my custom made ring is second to none and both my partner and I are absolutely wrapped with the ring. A massive thank you to Katie for making the experience easy and stress free, from answering all my questions, helping with ideas in designing the ring to being very prompt in all corespondents either by email or returning phone calls. Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and having mr rosendorff introducing himself to me and reassuring me he will create the best ring possible for me was unexpected, but was exactly what made the experience personal and memorable it was a perfect touch.
