Great place to get your washing done, while reading or surfing the net. Heaps of big washing machines and dryers. Wished there was a $5 or $2 option for buying coins.
Went at 10am weekday. One couple finishing drying other than that I was alone!Washing Machines are new clean fast and large. 20 minutes done. They have product in them. Dryers took 16 minutes for jeans. Great wifi. I was able to work and do laundry I had to take a bus. Bus stops near by. I recommend to my hotel Thanks to Lava Laundry Lounge!
Thanks again for the assistance I received yesterday from the lady was helping out the owner, I had heaps of washing 5 machine loads, the token machine wouldn't recognise my card I only had enough cash to get the machines going, had to find an ATM to get more cash.Great operator, great service, would leave a tourist with a good impression of WA.
Clean, well maintained dryers and washers, different load capacity in washers and dryers to accommodate for clothes, blankets etc. All machines accept $1 & $2 coins or tokens. Coin Machine dispenses TOKENS only NOT coins. Will dispense WHOLE note value in tokens so be aware of this. Can use card in the dispenser with a minimum of $10 which will give 10 tokens. Free wifi, doors automatic, charging station for phones, comfy couch or long bench to wait at. Cafe next door too
Spotless, well maintained laundry! Reasonable cost especially when you remember that soap (and softener if you want it) are included in the price. Excellent, efficient industrial machines.One thing that was a tad annoying - when using credit card or notes, the machine doesnt give proper change - only tokens for use in the laundromat, so if you dont use them and arent likely to return, any leftover coins are wasted. Maybe when an attendant is present you can change them back...Loved the Beatles wall...
