Staff are great... Shop is often not attended in the evening, as the one staff member on has to close the store to go to the toilet or get dinner. This happens often, really bad service at the end of day when you want to grab a beer and get home! Come on vintage cellars pick up your game. You know this is not good enough, and your staff pay for it by having to deal with the angry line of customers at the door. Very poorly managed vintage cellars.
