We moved interstate with Grace and they were excellent! There were a few hiccups (always are when moving) but they were quick to fix them. My advice is to email everything so you have a written record of what was agreed/discussed and you MUST get insurance through Grace themselves, they were extremely quick to pay when one of our items was lost.
So happy with our move with Grace, apart from the designated arrival time being delayed for over and hour, apparently the staff had to attend a meeting first (?), our confirmation the previous day was for the arrival to be for between 8-9 am, didn't arrive until nearly 10 am. Happy to recommend Grace to anyone wanting to relocate.
Very happy with the serivce. I was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. A bit expensive but certainly worth it. I would definitely move house with them again
I recently relocated from Perth to Melbourne. I called around for quotes and read a lot of online reviews. Grace came in about the middle when it came to pricing but I decided to go with them based on the online reviews (ie) many of the cheaper quotes came from companies with a lot more negative reviews.This is my criteria for giving a 5 star review:Good communication and customer service - The customer service I received from the Perth office was excellent and I don't get to say that very often. The VIC office was good too but I didn't need to speak to them much. All items arrived on time - Yes (a little earlier than advised but they were able to hold my items).No damage - None at all*.Reasonable price - Yes (they weren't the cheapest but you need to ask yourself what corners are the cheaper companies cutting?).*I do note a lot of people complaining about their things being smashed up in transit. I sent a number of fragile items including crockery, computers, bicycle etc. but I packed them as if they would be dropped out of an airplane so didn't have any issues. I think some damage to large furniture items is inevitable so I sold a lot of items to avoided sending them.This is the first time I have used Grace and I have no affiliation with them at all.
Grace was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every step of the process went off without a hitch, and communication was always clear and honest. No items were damaged in the move, and only one item (an ironing board) was missing - and it was delivered a few days later with no hassle. Moving can be so stressful, but Grace made it infinitely easier and took away so much of the stress. I will definitely be using Grace the next time I move, and recommending everyone else to use Grace too! Thank you so much for a wonderful, professional, first-class experience.
