I have spent full days here many times, and have been to see some presentations at night in the Planetarium, which is amazing. The amount of things I have done at Scitech is really incredible when I look back and think about it. Scitech is great for everybody in my opinion, especially younger children. I haven't been for a while so I look forward to coming back.
A great place to take all age children, from letting your toddler run around and touch everything, to the older ones learning and challenging themselves. The staff are so amazing, friendly and beyond helpful.What a great experience even for adults.
Spent a day here with two children - 3 yrs & 7 yrs. Wonderful experience. So much entertainment for the children and adults. While there are numerous educational activities for the children, there are scientific explanations for the adults and older children. Inspiring to see so many children and parents / carers noisily and busily enjoying the activities. Also attended the Power show in theatre, and the Planetarium. Both excellent. Toilets on site. Cafe with nice coffee and limited range of food. Shop.Highly recommended.Just a heads up ..... We paid $25 for a days parking. Overheard a person say that she was told if she paid for parking as she paid to go into SciTech, all day parking would have been $5.Worth a phonecall to check.
I spent a full day with my 5yo and 3yo kids at Scitech yesterday. We loved it! Lots of fun, plenty of things to do and the staff is great. Loved the Puppet Show and the Math & Explosion. A Must watch. We will certainly return.
I have loved scitech since I was small. My gran would take me once a month, and we would see all the changes and all the "Old but Gold" displays. Now that I've grown up and my gran is getting older, we only go once a year, but it is my favourite day of the year!
