Rude staff members, cant take feedbacks positively when I said the shop smells bad - he just was like whatever and said he cant smell anything so hes fine. And doesnt give any instructions on how to do things just stands for nothing
Came at 8.30AM on a workday morning, no other customers in sight. Kind and helpful staff :)
Post office was great staff aswell and supplies in stock new posting marchines just like shopping centres
I come here every day to second day to do the office post run, and it can be a mixed bag, i've had both wonderful, and below average service here. Is super busy during the lunch period as well. Though a massive thanks to the lovely lady who always helps me chose the right product!
This post office is a circus. Been turned back for a passport application twice on different grounds.First time they said everything was fine except I didn't have a copy of the child's birth certificate. Photos were acceptable. Went back with a copy of the certificate and then was told that photos are no longer acceptable. Checked with manager who informed that passport acceptance is at the discretion of the attending officer so if someone else in the team was happy to sign off on Friday, this attendant today is not happy to sign off. Talk about uniformity and standards. Unbelievable.
