Had to wait a while for staff to help me find a coat. I did get a great price though so left rather happy. Good selection of products.
The assistant helping me wanted to know if the store stocked a certain shoe size...shouldn't you be the one letting me know about your products?Other than that got some good shoes so I'm not particularly annoyed

great one stop shop for all your (specific) outdoor travel needs. pretty huge, and well varied items and range. seems pretty well stocked too. but they aren't exactly cheap - though they are of good quality. staff are very nice and helpful here.the floorboards though, are pretty creaky and can be quite annoying.
