Such a horrible service overall. Typical bank with no purpose of customers wellfare. If you go to open an account, they ll come running , smiling , asking u to take a seat and all. For any other transaction, there is no seating but instead there ll be long long que so u can just stand in line and wait and hopefully you get fed up and leave . However , the person behind the counter has a seat to serve the customer instead. What a big joke . They have even taken away the ticket procedures where u could take a ticket and sit down and wait for your no: to be called out. But nope u gotta stand in line , stare like a maniac towards the counter. Typical any other bank kinda service . Thank you for nothing .
The little asian girl was very rude when I visited the bank. She looked very unhappy and only kept staring at me without any greeting when I was trying to ask her for some information. I have no idea what is wrong with her. If she is not happy with her job she shouldnt be working there. I think she needs to recognise this problem and hopefully she can improve her attitude and service. If this happens again I will definitely submit an official complaint.
As a small business operator, we often dont have time to stand in q to make a deposit and what makes it worse, is that 1 person was on the tellers and 3 different staff members asked me what was my purpose of my visit today. You need to either put more staff that are able to teller on or get a ATM similar to the NAB that allows you to deposit coins. Definitely a very slow branch.
This bank is not actually open for business on Saturday in Perth City. Only ATM with staff, no tellers so not open to 3pm, I have hard time explaining this to people overseas that banks close in middle of day. But this Murray st is actually just false advertising opening hours completely.
I am a bank customer and wanted to change $500 into $20 notes.There was only one teller who was busy with a business transaction.Meanwhile the queue (approx 3:05 pm on 4/12/17),was slowly growing.I expressed my concerns to Brandon who was by the front door.Asked him to see if anyone else can help.Brandon sounded like a recording with zero empathy stating nobody else is assigned to assist.The other teller should return soon.Asked for the manager's name and he certainly wasn't very worried about providing the details!However, the teller was very helpful and polite.She also provided me with Mario's (manager) details.Told her, I was sorry she had no support and was the only one serving.She is a valuable employee!Pick up your game ANZ!Serve your customers!
