This is the second time Ive had my car cleaned at Impeccable. I was so impressed the first and second time as well. Its in a great location To n From whereever u wanna head on (city or freeway). Both times I have been dealt with extremely friendly and accurately quoted how long it would take to clean my car. I have enjoyed a nice coffee while waiting. Both times my car has been returned looking like new!
Immediately after they washed my car a couple months ago, I noticed large sections of crinkles / waves on my windows - anyone with a new or nice car would have been put to cost. I didnt do back because my car is old and worn anyway. When they texted me to invite me back, I told them about the issue. They drafted a fake automated reply to dismiss me. If you care about your car, dont go there!
Good location, very handy. However, not that quality that I expected. Went there already 3 times and each time I had to clean small little marks myself after carwash. My recommendation: so so.
