Took the car here to get cleaned up after a road trip down south. While they did get most of the bugs out from the grill, I was disappointed with the overall cleaning job. There were visible streaks of wax, which initially i feared were scratches, there were still lots of marks where the bugs were not buffed out (especially frustrating as we were charged extra for this), and the inside detailing, they only vacuumed around a blanket and beach bag that were in the trunk. (other detailing shops will move light objects for cleaning.)They also failed to clean under the car, which was especially obvious as the red dirt around the tires was still clearly visible.Disappointed and will not be returning.
Rang in on a hot and sunny weekend to gauge the waiting time. A female receptionist advised that they were not busy at all so I drove in 5 mins later to find there was a long queue waiting to hand in their car for a wash.I then was greeted by a middle aged man who distribute a ticket with car rego and car wash package selected. First line from him was "superior package ma'am?" Without explaining the price and what the package includes, but more importantly entering info into the mobile phone to generate a ticket for payment. That is probably the best salesman I've ever met in my life as my plan was to get the 'inside and out package' but this man sells the 'superior' package to every customer who comes through the door like that's the standard package they do at $79.Anyways, I decided to opt for the 'superior' package recommended to give my car a nice treatment in the new year. Unfortunately it was extremely disappointing to find some door jabs not cleaned (dust and water remains when I picked up the car) so I asked one of the staff members to wipe down the uncleaned door jabs. He gave a quick 2 second wipe to the door on the boot and walked away. I then had to ask him back to wipe down other door jabs, same 2 seconds treatment. Oh well. I gave up and left. When I get home I then found a few residual dirt spots at the front of the car. These are obvious brown spots that were not cleaned. If the 'superior' package includes a wax and polish per the Magic website, I do not understand how these spots could possibly be missed. I have been sending my car to hand car wash for years and this is by far the worst service I've ever experience. A standard inside and outside package by any car wash company could easily do a better job than the 'superior' package offered by Magic Hand North Perth. I feel ripped off and cheated by this business from the way they approach customer to the quality the service was delivered.
Wow. Straight up...I hate washing my car. I do everything you avoid it...and getting petrol. BUT...these guys at Magic Hands, headed up by Ali somehow made it the most pleasurable chore I've had to do all week. Incredible service, kind and professional, really proud of their work (which is even rare to find when it comes to anything these days) AND...the car looked like it rolled out of the showroom in the end. Love these guys. Worth every cent. Thank you Ali and team.
Another excellent wash today, well done professionally! Our car, that drives to the country each week, looks showroom new. The clay bar process is amazing, leaving the paint shinny and smooth. See you next time.
I got my fairly new 4WD Full Detailed today ($399)When I picked up my car it was parked under the sun shade so only manage to check the outside of the car once home under the sun.Few polish cream stain around the door handles, plenty of dirt find on doors frame and pillars, step under doors was half polished and the tray had still dirt (engine bay has not been touched at all, but not sure if it was included... but with Full Detailing I would guess yes...)Inside was a bit better dash was clean, seats and mats were washed but unfortunately there was still dirt on the carpet, under the drivers seat and centre glove box wasn't even cleaned.Over all, from my experience:Customer service is good but I would recommend for a more economical option as the Full Detailing doesn't match quality and cost of $399.
