Hard to rate - as what are you rating? Nevertheless, I gave 5 stars as it is worth going to watch - regardless of your background.Simple building with a pleasant enough simple security check as you enter (like an airport but with staff that don't look angry.)Then you can check the court lists and go watch some matters. As long as you are respectful and obey the court rules then no problem.Maybe check with the staff there to ensure you follow the rules.Sit quietly and you can watch the administration of justice at work. The Federal court is also in this building (on a different floor) so you can watch those matters too.
