Honestly they need to stop wasting so much time of fake and fony cases and look at the facts a little harder so good people don't through hell when hit with something unfair and untrue.Even at the jury duty I attended for 3 days before I got with some dodgy charges, well that case was complete garbage and fake as I was just sitting in there like yeah they're not guilty now can we go lol so I really wish they could really get a hold on things in their own justice system, would be nice.Atm I'm fighting a fraud so let's hope I win because it's for good I WILL SAY THOUGH I ONLY PRAY THAT THEY WILL SEE MY WAY SO I CAN CONTINUE ON MY MERRY WAY

Justice system is a joke. In our case the judge over-rode the law (or she had no idea what the law says) to rule in favor of the other party when the rental agreement is clear. The other party had no right to let new tenants move in without written consent from us. The tenant said we gave them verbal agreement and the judge upheld that. We are left to pick up the pieces and a financial loss in the thousands. If you are a hard working citizen you are more likely to loose.

If the Magistrates Court of WA was a person, it would not be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.As everyone (living in reality . ie the private sector) would be aware, anything in the government sector is horribly inefficient. The institution takes that, not to the next level, but the next galaxy. It is absolutely absurd. It does not exist to service the public one little bit, other than the people that have actually done the wrong thing .... they get off fine. The people who are paid to oversee this institution are stealing money by being paid for it - they are the ones that should be in jail for such incompetence. The magistrates clearly have living in a fairy world their whole life, and have never experienced real life - ie. outside of the government sector. The whole institution is a disgrace, and it encourages people to rip off hard working citizens .... because nothing will be done about it.I could write a book about my experience over the last 4 years with my dealings with the Magistrate Court of WA, however you would call it fiction - no one would believe it.The Magistrates Court of WA are the real crooks.

I am the plaintiff in a minor claims matter *which are supposed to be case managed more simply . It has been almost two years and we have not been given a court date.I respect that the justice system is under immense pressure but it is integral to a stable society.I also believe that the WA court system could improve access to the diverse community, especially those differently abled. For instance, I once witnessed a matter where a partially deaf person was told off by a judge for not standing up when he was told to do so - but the deaf person could not hear the judge. I always assumed the judge did not know the person was partially deaf - and the justice system does not allow that information to flow through (eg. due to strict court etiquette, I could not speak up (from the gallery) and explain to the judge or the person.)Surely these situations can be handled better. For instance, why not provide videos on dos/don'ts of court etiquette so the public are not terrified to appear. Plus, why not a video or document on 'how to speak court language' so the substance of what people say is not lost in the form. Those improvements could be made with inexpensive online videos and reach a wide audience. For instance, all court participants must complete a simple online induction video prior to appearing so people know what to expect. It helps everyone. It might even deter frivolous and vexatious claims when people understand the risk (and reality) of adverse costs orders.eg court translations* That is bull#### = that may prejudice the administration of justice.* The other side is full of #### = The other side's submission seems meretricious because...* directions hearing (basically your case management/scheduling session) - usually short and not the time to explain your casePlus many more...Bonus tips: When corresponding with the court on a matter, it is standard practice to cc the other side. Direct communication with the judge is generally inappropriate but in the specific cases of contacting chambers. In other words,Chambers should not be copied into communications between the parties. However, when parties are communicating directly with Chambers then all parties must be included.*there are so many practical nuances to the mechanisms of law that I never had explained at law school/ practical legal training/court resources. These issues of form can obfuscate (take away from/blur) matters of substance.

My file was submitted almost half year ago. I have not yet received any response from this court beside an email asking for payment. I rang them a few times include sending a written email. The auto replied email indicated the court would response within 5 working days...kidding me my case seems felt on deaf ears, now it is the 20th working day! There were 2 ladies answered the phone with an extremely rude attitude. They did not like to provide any info but kept answering it is the problem with the register and You can lodge a complaint if you want. Please improve the system and efficiency to serve the public better. I am sure I am not the only taxpayer who felt disappointed.
