GA Perry -Rivervale Branch, WADisappointed in this company and their deceptive communication.Told costs for work over phone, after job was complete was shocked at price which was substantially more than what I was expecting based on figures given to me from phone call.Total cost nearly $1500 for simple install, replacing old electric hot water cylinder(which uses same connections as old system).
Paid $175.00 for GA Perry to come and fix a leak to my Hot water system. The isolation valve in the unit was also faulty so needed to get the Building Manager to locate the upstream isolation valve. As the Building Manager was in a meeting, he said he would come to the unit as soon as he could. James from GA Perry refused to wait until the BM came to show him where the upstream isolation valve was (even though I was happy to pay him for this time). 10 minutes after James left, the Building Manager came in. Really disappointed there was no effort on the part of GA Perry to reschedule or wait a few minutes. So I have paid $175.00 and I still have a leaking HWS. Not Happy !!
I am absolutely shocked in that I was given a time frame for service between 3pm and 6pm and, true to your slogan, he arrived smack bang on 3:00pm - excellent! Job was completed in half an hour and our hot water is back on. Thank you so much for the brilliant service!
G A Perry installed a new Rheem Stellar 330 at my place and I was very happy with the professional job completed by Brody. Great housekeeping was maintained during the job, he cleaned the worksite before he left and the old unit was taken away too. Overall, from the quote to the install, the guys stuck to the appointed times (wow!), got the job done safely and met my high expectations. Many plumbers out there say the same, instead G A Perry just does the job they say they'll do. Thanks!
I would like to extend my appreciation for the job completed last week fixing the hot and cold water pipes connected to the hot water system that were leaking underground through the paving. The person in Van 8 was very helpful and professional and did a great job. Also thank you to John who was very helpful and courteous when I rang for the urgent service.
