I obtained three quotes, and Phil and his team at Richtek were the only ones I felt good about. Competitive, non-pushy, patient and thorough in their approach. Excellent customer service. Had new electrics installed throughout my off-plan commercial office, including multiple power points, telephone, ethernet, TV cable, LED lighting in hung ceiling, down lights, and the movement of existing safety alarms/equipment which they took care of. Richtek also installed our air-con and an under-the-sink hot water system, which they explained pros/cons in detail for me to choose. All attendees from the firm were professional, punctual and tidy. I've used them again since and will use them again. Highly recommended.
I recently installed a new kitchen in my house and we engaged Richtek Electrical to do the electrical work for us. The completed works look absolutely fantastic and they spoke to us about an issue that had arose and explained to us what it was and what our options were on how we could fix this. We are over the moon with the new installments and even happier with the not ridiculous price!
Needed a power point fixed in our Kitchen (I know it's only a small job) called up spoke to a guy named Mark and he came out himself later that day to replace for a new one. He also gave me a free electrical safety cert while he was here. Lovely young man.
I personally know the owner of this company and he will not except anything but the best workmanship from his guys and makes sure they are treating his customers the way they deserve. It's actually refreshing to know that companies like this still exist in Perth. Do your self a favor and give these people a shot, they will not disappoint.
Called these guys late on a Sunday night as my power went out with the last Storm that we just had. They came out within the hour and charged me a really fair price for the service they completed. Highly recommend these guys, will definitely be using again in the future.
