If I could give NO stars I would. This was my second time going to the embassy to TRY and get some information, the first time was unpleasant and I was handed a piece of paper and no answers.Today, When we got the the US floor a woman opened the door just enough to poke her head out, with no greeting and a very agitated look on her face....she stared at me. I simply asked if there was someone I can speak to about information on a spouse visa. She said "no. There's no one here that will speak to you. Go online and do it." And I replied with, trying to explain that a previous employee told me the same thing and I'm not too sure what steps to take in order to proceed with the next step. She then began to get extremely nasty and rude in her tone and told me it's not her "problem" it's not her "issue" if I or do not have internet access to fill out my forms. Did not try to help what so ever to try and point me in the right direction with a PERSON that I could speak to. She Handed me the same piece of paper and shut the door in my face! I have NEVER met a more rude person in my life. What is the point of having a job at the embassy if you arnt going to HELP PROVIDE PROPER INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. I don't know why she feels so entitled in her white button down uniform to talk down to people the way she did to me today who just wants help. What is the point? In my opinion, a piece of paper and the internet is not the answer. I want to talk to a person. And ask them proper questions to fill out proper paper work. This was the rudest person I've ever dealt. Avoid coming here. They will ruin your day.
