The company that take the orders are far away from the stores . Therefore, a simple order becomes a nightmare ! I spent 30 to 40 dallors abroad talking to these people wherever in Australia they are! . They cant give you a reason for the glitch . . You pay full price for the delivery to be on time and the place the bouquet is supposed to.delivered to is just up the street . But no they messed that up after guaranteeing it. they want allow UBER to pick it up either . It was suppose to go to her work, Since they messed that up the driver cannot leave it in a secure location at her apartment . Then who can leave chocolate outside in hot Australia weather . It got worse and worse talking with them . Poor poor service!! The whole element of surprise would have been lost too with what they were suggesting .
