I wasn't going to post this as it happened in March, but after finding out that my friend who bought the same products also had the same experience, I decided to write my review. First of all the staff in-store were unfriendly and not helpful, no greetings and no offer for help at all. My partner bought the orchid buttonhole and corsage set for our school ball which costs $70 altogether. The orchid on the corsage looked very fragile so I made sure to be very gentle with it and avoided anyone from bumping it, but within 1 hour of wearing it, it was already drooped over, petals started falling off and eventually the whole orchid fell off. This was very embarrassing for me as it occurred during the photography session, all I had left were a bunch of leaves and a ribbon on my wrist. I ended up having to pluck a flower from a local garden to use as a replacement. As for the buttonhole, the orchid started browning and also drooped over after about 3 hours of wear, my partner ended up having to remove it. For $70, the amount of time the orchid stayed fresh and INTACT is absolutely unacceptable. I don't know if the quality of other corsages and buttonholes from this florist are the same, but I highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing the orchid set to avoid choosing it or even better just buy plastic ones somewhere else! (it won't fall off, will look good all night and you can keep it forever if you want)
Great service from the ladies here. I had an odd request for my order and they happily accommodated.Prices are typical of a Perth florist. However I say its well spent for the service they offer. Good range and custom options. Delivery is prompt and also well organised.Thank you all for a pleasant experience!
A long winded review, but please bear with me. On m y 50th birthday, my sister living in India, went on to this florist's website to order some flowers that were meant for my birthday. She placed the order on Saturday. The website says next or same day delivery in Perth. Nowhere does it mention that the delivery will be done only during their working hours.The next gripe is about the products advertised on their website. My sister saw a woven basket that is displayed on the web site including a plant and wanted that sent to me. Nowhere on the site does it mention that the plant is not part of the product, which only includes a basket. Why a florist is selling baskets is beyond my imagination.So after an email back and forth, on Monday, the day the plant was to be delivered, my sister asked for a plant to be included in the order.Come Wednesday (not same day or next day as promised on the web site) a delivery guy places the supposed woven basket with a plant in it and leaves. The basket is a bog standard plastic pot. There is no label indicating what the plant is.And the card that was supposed to say "To " instead says "From ".It is seriously beyond pathetic. And these are the people that will be crying blue murder when some large scale florist comes in and delivers much better service at probably half their cost.It'll be better if these guys sell the business off.
The overall customer experience/service was excellent despite being halfway around the world! Keep it up St Anne's!
