These guys saved my life! From the moment I walked into the ED to the moment I left 8 days later, the RPH nurses, surgeons and doctors were fantastic! The ones employed by RPH were the best! They were competent, attentive and very friendly!The nurse west or agency nurses that came in from time to time were very inconsistent in attitude and attentiveness. I had an invasive emergency surgery and was in extreme pain. The drip for pain medication had run out and I was told by the agency nurse "I can't change your pain medication because my shift finishes soon and I need to catch a bus". This one had a sour face all day as well.It has been over 2 years since my surgery and every follow up procedure and consultation has been with RPH staff and has been a very positive experience. I feel confident going into the hospital every time knowing that these people are looking after me and are very capable!I'll never be able to fully express my gratitude to these wonderful people.. Especially in the gastro ward! *tears have actually come to my eyes as I think about you!*
Medical Staff and Nursing care are above excellent. Food is partly edible - unless it is prepackaged like breakfast cereal, biscuits or yoghurt. I hadnt tasted boiled cabbage for 20 years, so the sight of it alone was a blast from the past. The grey green blotchy plasticy dinner trays look like they are 40+ years old, the bathrooms are breezy, but thankfully not mixed gender like the wards.
If you care about your health and even your precious LIFE, do not attend this hospital.- Patients have the lowest value in there - It is too unorganised and busy- I spent more than $15000 so far to fix what their ignorance caused- Most of the doctors are just fresh interns or veterinarians
Took amazing care of my grandma and the team are amazing. Went to learn about the hospital and they do an incredible job. Good luck and have a beautiful Christmas.
