Had a very happy 10 years supporting this small friendly fund that paid good benefits. Walking into the office on Stirling Street and chatting with the team there was a good laugh reinforced the service mentality. I was just made to feel like a stranger, worse actually.
Being a member and someone that used to work for them, i'd stay well away from this company.
Call wait times always far to long to resolve simple issues. Get more people in the call centre !
