Fantastic - honest and hard-working staff who have catered to my specific goals successfully (repairing an RSI in my elbow from drumming and an ankle injury from skateboarding. I'm a musician by trade and thankfully neither of these injuries affect my playing anymore). Would recommend to anyone.
The place is not on the ground floor which presented slight problem for me to get up the stair knowing that I just had a work accident. The physio I had was good at the start but i suspect he wasn't happy with his job. He consistently talked me about his teaching role in one of the uni. I think i would have better experience if the physio can focus on my treatment instead.
Such a welcoming and friendly practice, from the layout to the reception staff to the physiotherapists themselves. Jenny Lim was so professional, considerate to my situation and through her guidance and therapy I achieved such great results. My injury was in my knee and the therapy offered was very effective and I think so much of that was because of Jenny's caring nature, her ability to listen and to work out a treatment that was perfect for my condition and home exercises that suited my lifestyle. It's rare to find practitioners that are so genuinely caring. I would recommend Jenny highly to anyone seeking a highly skilled, professional and considerate therapist.
