The staff here are so friendly and have gone out of their way to help me. They are very knowledgeable and have given me helpful recommendations in terms of footwear etc. The online system they use to create your personal exercise regime is very practical and is helpful when you are trying to remember everything that theyve told you in your sessions!

I can highly recommend Saleena, she is extremely friendly and she knows her stuff! I had an overuse running injury and she sorted it out with a few sessions of hands on treatment plus exercise at home which is great as you feel comfortable knowing she is investing her time to help you get better! I've returned again for another injury and I will continue to do so thankyou very much
Used the podiatry service based on google reviews. Did not go well as we realized later on that the practice needs more experience to handle foot sprain cases where a doctor has a very important role to play. My daughter and wife had to go through lot of stress as she was alone, not driving as well. Leave the resources that we drained off without even witnessing an outcome. A proper treatment plan came our way at a later stage from a different service. The right plan should have been in place at the beginning at Mt Lawley practice but that was not unfortunately. This service is not bulk billing as well and you need a referral from a GP to get yourself bulk billed. But whoever is reading this, if you are being asked to get some x-ray etc done and you ask this service to write for a bulk bill request, then you should first check yourself whether the third party service actually bulk bill. This service similarly sent us to an imaging service but we were not bulk billed.
I had three appointments for podiatry here. The first two were with Angelo, who seemed to be able to help. He then recommended I book an appointment a week later with a different podiatrist, as he was not in that week. At the third appointment I had to go over my issues again (so either they didn't read the notes from my first two appointments, or the notes were of poor quality) and I basically spent $75 to stand on a pair of insoles (that I couldn't try on in my footwear) and decide if I wanted to spend $120 in the hopes they would fix my issues. The receipt I got from the appointment didn't have the provider number so I can't claim a rebate back on my private health, and I've contacted the office multiple times and have had zero response. There's a sign at the office offering a free roll of strapping tape for everyone who leaves a review, which is why this place has 132 -star reviews.
