DO NOT FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THESE GUYS DID ANYTHING PROPERLY. Had to take the vehicle back several times due to issues, including overfilling the sump with oil over twice the allowable limit (they did this the previous service as well!). Feel ripped-off. A waste of money!Sure, the 'customer service' is good, but the rest of it is shoddy!! To add insult to injury, my written complaints went un-answered - would not trust these guys!!
Took them 3 days just to tell me that my punctured tyre cant be repaired & then another 30 mints to tell them that they dont have the tyre in stock. Never going back there again just a waste of tym.
Needed headlight sorted quickly. Andy said come around and all fixed in 10 minutes. Great service.
I was worried about a dash light on in my vehicle as I was supposed to be taking this car for a long drive the following day. I called k-mart auto, they had a look at my car straight away. It was very efficient, they gave me good advice and it did not cost me anything. Very professional and great customer service ! I highly recommend. Thanks again!
