Drove in with a severely damaged wheel alignment. Kmart were extremely helpful, diagnosing the problem within 90mins. Unfortunately insurance company decided to take the car for assessment. Kmart did not charge for their time and trouble and were courteous and helpful at all times. Many thanks guys . I recommend you to all wanting tyres and wheel alignment, you won't get better service anywhere else.
Had a really good experience with these guys. I agree with other comments that they don't seem to take advantage in charging more than they need to they kept me informed every step of the way, gave me options to choose from without being pushy great customer service will use again
Quick and responsive. Don't appear to have added on any non-essential works to pad out the job.
Was very disappointed with the service provided to us. I booked our car for service a couple of days before, when we arrived they had no record of it. They did the service but didn't offer to fix anything so we had to bring it back on another day. Once again, they had no record that we were coming back! Some things they wrote onto are service recorddidn't actually need to be fixed! What a joke!
Friendly and helpful staff. I was happy with the service first time. They did not charge me for the next inspection.
