Worth listening to the reviews before going - extremely rude and unhelpful manager, big attitude problem. Consider a career that doesnt involve customer service
KMART Auto Services Mills point road South Perth: The job was done OK. I got all 4 tyres of my car replaced with wheel alignments as recommended in last inspection at the same centre. However, it was an extremely bad experience interacting with the Service Manager/Administrator on site, as he was extremely rude on face as well as on the phone. As I had changed 4 tyres altogether I enquired about the longevity of the new tyres or do they come with any sort of warranty, which is a normal question for a customer buying a product. The person replied - "Go and blast off your tyres if you like, we cant provide any warranty". Felt very humiliated. Similarly he was acting very busy with no time at all to talk neither in person or on phone. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS????? The person was behaving as though he was doing me a favour by doing my work for free or paying for my purchase
Went to get my tyres balanced and they were instantly up much worse to drive on. Tyres were all different pressures and the nuts were not torqued correctly. Gave up and took the car to Bridgestone across the road the next day. They had to add another 50 g of weights to each tyre to get them balanced. Kmart can't even do a tyre balance successfully, don't trust them with a full service.
Great service, I found it very easy to book my car in and the team were flexible with my availability when I needed to reschedule my service at short notice. No hassle at all.
Have known James for years. Always polite, work with integrity and reliable. We are lucky to have him and his team near where we live.
