Since the change over from last years consultant and receptionist, the service has been of very high standard. Both the consultant and lovely lady at reception make you feel welcome by greeting you positively and listening to your needs. Thank goodness for such a positive change over as the last lot were rude, unprofessional and more concerned about gossiping on the phone to friends. Well done Zoran on creating such a positive and welcoming environment!
