Pretty good location - lots of stores and interesting sights within walking distance. Room could've been better though - nearly all the furnishings in ours was damaged, and the sink behind the TV cabinet was a little bizarre. Breakfast is okay but keep in mind they serve the same thing every morning.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I tried their breakfast buffet as a walk-in customer. For $15, one could hardly complain. The food was as hot as you can expect. Usual bacon, sausage, hash browns, eggs, and cereals/ fruit and juice. Really good value for money. I can definitely recommend this and I will return.

Except it's built in great location, the hotel really needs to close down and be revamped. Although they tidy the rooms everyday except on Sundays and public holidays which are only on requests, the room is really old, the toilets are Soo old that you can't afford to have your body touching the walls. I had to clean up some blood stains on the toilet walls in our room. We stayed on the third floor and you could hear when the person in the next room turns on the water as it makes a lot of noise. The shower would not stop dripping. You have a shower and there is water everywhere and you think I hope this place doesn't get flooded. The curtains are dirty and they smell like dirt.I have a crawler and I feel sick seeing her crawling in the room where I couldn't walk barefoot upon, I just couldn't put my feet on the rugs. Had to keep getting my little one off the floor and cleaning her hands. Mind you, I am not a fussy parent but there are some things you just couldn't get your mind off considering a child will put their hands into their mouth after touching the rug you as a parent can't even walk on barefooted. Also, they charge you $30 per night if you want to use their car park which was not stated on their website. This I consider as an extortion because If I am coming to lodge at your hotel, I should get a free parking with you, you can't expect me to start looking around for a car park in a city I am not familiar with or park on the street and risk having my car get stolen!Well, if you decide to lodge here, try the Indian restaurant across the hotel.....of all the Indian cuisines I have had, this got the accolades

Very good and clean - nice rooms with decent sized bathrooms and showers. The hotel service was very good as well. Overall a good hotel to stay at for a cheap price.

Location is Pier street, walkable from Myers and other shopping places. Good food options available around the hotel. Room and service was above average.
