Rooms have connecting door so very easy to hear people's conversations next door...cheap though
The location is ideal! It's such a beautiful hotel and the rooms are great. Over many stays at this hotel for many various reasons, I've had the pleasure of staying in every type of room that they have. I can't recommend one type of room over another, they are all so nice! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They really try everything they can to make you feel welcomed, safe and at home! Nothing is ever too much for them, they're full of knowledge about the city and any queries you may have. Parking is secured and safe!!!! During the later evening, without your room key you can't enter the building. I stay here instead of other bigger name hotels because for an affordable hotel, I don't feel this well looked after in 4 or 5 star places
You had 5 stars up until ur staff member was going off at me and my husband over parking we never asked for parking as its free on the road the room we stayed was 207 anyone that stays in that room dont turn on the fan its dusty really bad you can actually see its dirty and the toilet runs makes noise all night even after you press the button so many times to try stop it from running hissing noise they only need money after there renovations such a disappointment Im thinking to change my mind about recommendation to anyone and never stay there again I was happy there before I stayed here few times and liked it a lot but this time was the worst ever due to there manager bloody rude not going to forgive or forget that manager made my bub stay in the car for more then 20min and ruined my day out I came from the country and had a bloody bad night!Also not to mention at 5am bloody cleaners making jell of a noise waking me my husband and baby up that did not happen before to me only this day on the 12/1/2019
Extremely comfortable and clean hotel. Was fortunate to be put in one of the new rooms on the ground floor with a skylight. Affordable and great service! Wifi was not included in the price however, hence the 4 star. Otherwise luxury at a decent price.
Very basic room. There is nothing in the room. Lots of empty spaces. The deposit for the room is more expensive than the room price. Weird. I was given a queen bed room. But the bed are two singles joined together instead. Hotel looks good from the outside but really old inside. I guess you stay where you pay.
