I was very disappointed in the flavours, or the lack of. Infact the whole representation was off. The idea of Korean BBQ excites the palate for freshness, textures, flavours, variety, boldness. There are so many things in our experience at Arirang, that were lacking or just non-existant. Just because your lettuce is crisp, does not mean your food is fresh. I do appreciate the attentiveness of the staff, however it does not make up for poor quality and shop bought flavours.
Polite and pleasant staff. Very inviting atmosphere.Food was fresh and portion sizes are large. You can find non spicy items on the menu if you are not into spicy food, just check with the staff. Even the spicy courses were on the milder side and I'm sure they can crank it up on request.I definitely would recommend a visit and will be back.If you are going to cook the bbq yourself, mind that it can get a bit smoky and make your clothes smell a bit.
Really great atmosphere. The ingredients used for the K BBQ are really fresh and you can even have a guide show you how to use it if you're new. Such a great selection so there's something for everyone
