Fast service... got a drink within minutes of being seated... pasta was amazing...
Really enjoy the meals here. A great family restaurant for us.
Had a booking for 16 people and told them that 5 were vegan which they said they could accommodate and would inform the chef. When we arrived we were told the chef did not know but could do something. We waited for over 2 hours for our starters and a further 45 minutes for the mains. We had kids and was a school night. The waitress was excellent but rushed off her feet and unable to give effective service. It was only for her efforts that I give any stars in this rating.
Very poor customer service, we have waited 45 minutes for 2 pizza and a bowl of pasta! The manager was offered coffee to compensate this delay. The coffee would do if the delay is reasonable but definitely need to offer more than a coffee to look after your costumers. They had another argument with couple more people and by the way it looks they have kicked them out while we were watching. This place is a joke never going back again!
We enjoy Sopranos and quite regularly but the other day we thought wed try the aged steak. It was absolutely superb, which wasnt what we expected from our favourite Italian restaurant. Four nights later, we had the best available steak at one of the premier restaurants renowned for their aged steak and found that the Sopranos Aged steak was way better. Highly recommend
