A subpar experience. The guy who took my order really shouldn't be responsible for answering the phone/taking orders.Example: "What size pizzas do you have?"answer "we have Pepsi, Sprite"Repeat " what sizes do you offer?"answer " we have garlic bread, chicken wings...."Just absolutely hopeless!!
The telephone service in this place is absolutely atrocious. Last week I had a guy with a Russian accent that could barely comprehend what I was SLOWLY saying. Last night a Chinese guy had trouble understanding a very *simple* order. I ordered a large pepperoni/sausage/mushroom pizza. The edge of the pizza was burnt, the topping virtually lacked pepperoni. It was practically void of meat. Another inconvenient feature is if youre in a hotel - as I was, they expect you to go down to the lobby to collect the pizza instead of bringing it to the door!
I sincerely wish I could rate this place zero star. I had a delivery pizza which was severely short on topping! Never again. I'll do Pizza Hut next time. Incompetent person answering the phone. Employ some native English speakers to answer your business phone!
Worst dominos ever.Cant follow simple requests, I dont see the point of having a request upon delivery section if you completely disregard them anyway. Rude service on top of that when calling to tell me that my food is here and I was left completely disappointed with the overall service.Paid for extra pepperoni on a 8meats pizza and received not a single slice.Overall completely painful and overpaid experience. With no contact to resolve they dont answer the phone. Thanks again Dominos you fail again... go to Pizza Hut much better. Real talk
Haven't been let down yet. Best description probably solid without being exceptional. Doesn't accept a lot of vouchers (sometimes even the ones they advertise with) when trying to order online or using app, but otherwise pretty good.Friendly staff, I believe new management last 6 months or so.
