My partner and her brother moved into a house at the start of the year with promises made of the rotten, infested wood in the back garden to be removed and grass laid (it's a mess) it took them 4 months to do that. Flyscreen's not held on properly. the windows alone are almost falling out and you can push them away from the seal's. a big gust of wind would blow them through at anytime, aircon not working properly, you cannot close the front door without locking it with a key otherwise the door opens on its own. sliding door flyscreen doesnt open or close so we cant even have a door open to let air in without flies or mozzys coming in. They received the property report 6 months after moving in!!!!! they are paying 360 a week for a run down, crappy house with stuffed carpets. Our neighbours are friends with the realestate and from ONE COMPLAINT of a little silly situation they have been ordered to move out in less than 2 weeks! No proof of any complaint reasonable enough for them to vacate. They paid nearly 4000$ bond for crying out loud. Let's see if "lisa" is going to be profession when we happily leave in a weeks time and we receive our bond back after we leave the place professionally cleaned and in better condition than it was before they moved in! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will keep updated!!!
Still waiting on my bond. Every time I pay a bill, anither one turns up a few days later. For crazy things. I moved out 2 months ago.Teribble people to rent from.
Do NOT rent any properties from Century 21 in East Perth. 4 months after we moved out and we still have not received our bond back. Our requests for information go ignored constantly by Natalie or when we call she is conveniently in meetings. Also when we rented from them our maintenance requests were CONSTANTLY ignored by manager Suzie. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! When we moved in on the agreed date the apartment was not cleaned, no repairs made, no curtains in bedroom and we were only given ONE fob for getting into apartment building - so unorganized and incapable of organising simple things. Horrible experience - so stressful!

I had the worst experience of my time renting. The place was filthy and the carpet threadbare. There was grease an inch thick on the oven fan. Truly disgusting. I had no choice at the time because rent prices were so high. Promises were made that the carpet would be replaced before I arrived and that the space between the ceiling and the living area would be closed, because dust was floating down. These were not kept. I started getting asthma as soon as I got home in the evening. While repairs were made in the next two months it was me that had to move my furniture and arrange access and my asthma didn't go away. I'd give no stars if I could.
