Most painful realestate agency I have ever dealt with. They took over the company which we rented through and it was terrible from then on. We didn't have 1 agent...not 2...but 4 changes. I never knew who to email. I'd email 1 person and get a reply from another. I have called so many times and left messages but who ever my agent is was either busy or in a meeting. My partner and I decided to stay at the property we were at. Why? Well we were settled. So he completed all the paperwork to be added to the lease and...they lost it. Took them 3 months to inform us of this. Not only that they tried to get ANOTHER pet bond out of us and the new contract for pets was also wrong - incorrect number of animals and my name spelt wrong....HOW HARD IS THIS?After all of this we decided to leave. You had 4 months to give us a new lease and failed so we gave notice and left. The new property we now live in gave us it...without the reference from The Agency because SURPRISE no one got back to them.Now we are struggling to get an answer regarding our bond. So...as a tenant. Avoid The Agency on Milligan St PERTH.
I got a letter in the mail from this company with my name & address on it. They are soliciting business. I have not had any dealings with them before, so appears they accessed my information through a data base that isn't available to the general public. Not sure if that is legal, but I feel uneasy that they accessed & used my private information for their own gain
Our first property manager quit and we weren't notified for a good two weeks straight after we moved in. Then we were handballed through a number of property managers for our rental which was painful, especially trying to sort outstanding issues, then the owners had decided to sell the house less than half way through our 12 month lease but then Wylie came along as our property manager and handled everything with ease. She made living there so much better than it had been. Easy to contact and organised the final inspection and bond payout straight away. She was lovely to deal with and we would highly recommend her.
Fantastic Agency! As a landlord, its nice to have an agency that responds so quickly and accurate. They always find you a tenant!!!
