@Paragon: Poor quality communications and lack of responsiveness on multiple occasions were the reasons for the review, not the missed home open. Other agents reply to emails and acknowledge applications. I don't know where you got the idea that I would remove the review and I don't see what the leasing of the property has to do with it; that is obviously an unrelated matter.
I just finished a 1.5 yr lease with them and I would like to say they have been great to deal with. We did have some house issues with maintenance etc and they were always prompt and nice to deal with. Also quite understanding with some limitations given I have a vicious dog. I would also like to commend your property manager, Julie. I only dealt with her towards the end of my lease but she was extremely professional and kind every time, and more understanding than most when she could have simply acted by the book. Thank you for your service at a time that it was needed most.All the best to you and your team. Please pass on this feedback to Julie. Thank you.
Last night, I locked myself out of my rental and telephoned the property emergency line at 8.20pm. Within 3 minutes, Nicole phoned back and offered to meet me at Paragons office to give me the spare keys. In no time at all, I was back in my home. Nicole was very helpful, good natured and accommodating. She made it easy for me :)
Would highly recommend! We had a terrific Property Manager that always looked after us & when we needed repairs for the house, they got it done straight away. Always kind and courteous. It was sad to move on, their professional and personal service will be missed. Overall, the team at Paragon have been really great.
