I am writing to let you know about the royal treatment that Cathay Pacific provided to my husband Phil, and me on our return from the States last week.From speaking to us by name, to their attentiveness to our every need, it was quite amazing. Phil is severely disabled and they did everything they could to make the trip easier for us both. On the flight from Los Angeles one of the staff insisted on feeding Phil so that I could get some more rest. Another, concerned about the long layover in Hong Kong packed up a dozen of the washcloths plus some straws for Phil and then as we were getting Phil into the 'aisle' chair a guy came up to join us and joined in the conversation and he and other staff escorted us to the lounge where we were to wait. I don't think that there are many passengers who have the captain escort them off the plane. On the flight down to Perth, again we were spoken to by name and checked for our needs regularly and as we left the plane one of the crew even gave me a big hug.I have written to Cathay Pacific asking them to please thank the crew on both flights for me and I thank you for suggesting that we fly on Cathay Pacific.
Best travel agency filled with professionalism and happiness! When my partner and I decided to visit Japan we didn't hesitate a moment to contact David - the owner & agent of Hello World. He helped us from the very beginning to the end including our return back to Perth, as he was always wanting to know how we were going! His consultations are the best - never underestimate the questioning prior to booking! If you're planning to go on holiday and don't know where to start from, yes do your research on google but do think twice before making an online booking. Instead, make a stop over at Hello World on Angelo and get a consultation with David - who has a good deal of experience in the industry and therefore can give you the best advice :)
Have used David's professional services a number of times over the years, for good reason. I echo the sentiments in the other reviews, He goes the extra mile and makes very sound judgement! Recently flew to the UK on his recommendation with Thai he could has sold me a more expensive ticket with the airline I wanted to use, but explained the reason for the cheaper fare. Very happy with his decision. After I had booked, he sent me an email saying he had spoken to a contact to try and ask for an emergency exit seat. I was delighted when on the 11.45 hour trip I found I had such a seat! I hadn't asked for him to try and wrangle this at the time of booking; he did it out of kindness.
David has booked various trips for us now and he has never failed to impress. His recommendations for places to stay have always been top class. My self and my wife booked a Scenic European River Cruise with Libby and WOW did she do a great job in putting it all together . We rang Scenic direct in Sydney first but was way to complicated. Turned out to be even cheaper through helloworld and everything from flights to pier transfers was so smooth. I would definitely recommend helloworld South Perth for big tour packages, such great attention to detail.
