Highly recommend this beautiful and spacious hotel. Great location. The receptionist Rose extremely helpful and always had a smile on her face even under pressure. Really enjoyed my queen size bed. Fantastic location to Australia Sky Show river foreshore, easy transport to city via CAT bus or a very easy walk, super helpful & friendly staff, particularly the lovely young blonde girl who looked after my concerns for parking as hubby suffers Parkinson's. Very reasonable pricing, comfortable, clean room. Just a note that the bathroom (although clean) was a bit tired & mould where shower screen meets floor tiles (probably hard to get to), therefore a small upgrade would be great. Had Breakfast at Blue Rock Restaurant which is attached to hotel and fantastic service from the waitress (Wendy). Perhaps I need to give the chef a few of my pointers in cooking. Unfortunately I could not eat, normally a basic breakfast, as it was served up on a bed of tomato paste over the whole plate - yuk!
Really good for the price. Will come back. Juat a little noisy however that was the street and we were near the elevator. But again still an awesome stay
First day OKAY, no towels, next day or Internet either.Room needs better curtains as it faces East and Sunrise wakes you up. Also noise from aircraft at the same time, no double glazing.Foot note coffee next door is just warm milk, large size no extra shot added. Therefore did not try the food that night.
Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly staff, there to help you 24/7. Cental city. Comfortable rooms. The Blue Rock restaurant which is attached to the motel has also 5 star food and most friendly staff. Would definitely come back here
