My experience with Thrifty was a pleasant one. Rented a 4WD for the fam bam to explore down south WA.
So easy & good- I don't know how all these people are complaining on here. They are probably idiots returning the car in poor condition. They upgraded us to an awesome car for free. The only complaint was trying to return the car was tricky because I am unfamiliar with the roads even tho google map was doing it's best. I think the perth airport roads are designed like pizza pretzels.
Make sure which terminal you are leaving from. 20 minute drive between terminals 1 and 2 and terminals 3 and 4.
The car was great. The staff superb. Will book with thrifty again.
Loved the service. Upgraded me to a bigger vehicle. Staff were awesome.
