Thrifty Perth give me misleading information, sent me a receipt stating $200 deposit required and then when I wasted my time taking an uber into the city, they inform me I need to pay $1,000 deposit for being a local. I dont understand their thinking. The front desk lady Jenny was rude and manager was no better.
Very pleased with the experience i had at Thrifty East Perth. Welcome with a smile by Jennifer and she was very helpful. Was provided a complimentary upgrade. Quick pick up process and the existing minor damages were clearly stated in the rental agreement (did not realise it earlier and sent an email with photos to confirm) and was efficient in email replies.Return process was simple. Keys to the counter and a while later,an acknowledgement email of thank you and invoice with the breakdown of further charges (if any required). Overall,great experience! Thank you Jennifer & team. Will be back and no hesitation in recommending this branch.
